1. Introduction

Welcome to AdOneClick ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our unified ad-to-lead CRM and marketing automation platform. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining enterprise-grade security for all incoming ad lead payloads.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as lead payload data streamed through your connected advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and CRM destinations. This includes:

  • Account credentials, name, work email address, company details, and billing records
  • Lead form responses and survey answers submitted by prospects on your connected ad campaigns
  • Channel authentication tokens (OAuth) for ad account sync
  • Telemetry, API response codes, and ingestion latency logs to ensure platform uptime

3. How We Use Information

We process your data strictly to deliver, optimize, and protect our integration services:

  • To provide real-time native ad ingestion, visual field mapping, and routing to your CRM
  • To trigger automated speed-to-lead SLA timers and team notifications
  • To compute closed-loop CAC, ad spend attribution, and sales conversion metrics
  • To enforce strict data security standards and comply with applicable statutory laws

4. Google API Data Usage

When you connect your Google Ads account, we access Google API data solely for the purpose of integrating with your Google Ads campaigns and lead form assets. We only access scopes explicitly authorized by you. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data We Receive from Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

When you connect your Meta account to AdOneClick, we read the following with your permission: your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets and statuses; performance numbers (spend, impressions, clicks, reach and conversions); and the leads submitted through your Lead Ads forms.

We use this data only to show it to you inside AdOneClick and to import your leads into your CRM. We do not sell it, share it with other customers or third parties, or use it for advertising profiling. It is visible only to your workspace. Our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies.

6. Disconnecting from Meta and Deleting Your Meta Data

You can disconnect at any time in AdOneClick under Integrations > Disconnect. This revokes our access at Meta and permanently deletes the stored access tokens. You can also choose to delete all Meta data we synced (ad accounts, campaigns, ads, performance numbers and lead-form links). Leads already imported into your CRM are your own records and stay until you delete them.

You can also remove AdOneClick yourself in Facebook under Settings > Business Integrations, or ask us to delete your data by emailing adoneclickcrm@gmail.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Meta data is retained only while your account is connected; once you disconnect with deletion, or request deletion, it is removed.

7. Data Retention & Zero-Drop Security

Lead payloads are transferred immediately upon receipt. In the event of downstream endpoint unavailability, payloads are stored temporarily in encrypted transit buffers with automated retry schedules. Data is retained only as long as necessary to complete delivery or as required by your subscription settings.

8. Data Security Standards

We implement state-of-the-art technical and organizational security controls, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 bit encryption at rest, isolated tenant schemas, and continuous vulnerability scanning.

9. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests

In accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy frameworks, you have the right to request access, rectification, portability, or complete permanent deletion of all personal data held within your workspace. To submit a data deletion request, email us at adoneclickcrm@gmail.com. We fulfill verified requests within 30 days.
