Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to AdOneClick ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our unified ad-to-lead CRM and marketing automation platform, website, public APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating a workspace or connecting any advertising account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are between you and One Click Solutions (address in the Contact section).

2. Platform Services & Availability

AdOneClick provides cloud software that connects advertising campaigns (including Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads Lead Form Assets, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads) into high-velocity CRM pipelines, visual workflow engines, and SLA speed-to-lead tracking systems. We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability for automated lead ingestion queues.

3. Account Registration & Organization Tenants

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API keys, and workspace access tokens.
  • You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and authorized.
  • Organization administrators are responsible for managing team member permissions (Admin, Manager, Rep) within their workspace.

4. Third-Party Advertising & CRM Integrations

4.1 Google Ads Integration

When you connect Google Ads, you authorize us to ingest lead form asset submissions. Use of Google Ads is governed by Google Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use compliance.

4.2 Meta & Facebook Ads Integration

When you link Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads, you authorize real-time webhook payload streaming to your AdOneClick pipeline in accordance with Meta Platform Terms.

4.3 TikTok & LinkedIn Lead Gen

Integrations with TikTok for Business and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions operate via developer API protocols authorized by your channel credentials.

4.4 Meta and Other Third-Party Platforms

AdOneClick connects to Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok and LinkedIn using the permissions you grant on each platform's own login screen. You are responsible for having the right to connect the ad accounts and Pages you link, and for following each platform's terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms. We use the data we receive from these platforms only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from Integrations in AdOneClick or from the platform's own settings.

5. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree not to use the Service to ingest deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful lead data, nor attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary visual workflow builder or infrastructure.

6. Billing, Subscription Tiers & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cycle based on your selected plan (Starter, Pro Growth, Enterprise). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings in the dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period.

7. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using AdOneClick and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, misuses a connected platform, or puts the service or other customers at risk. When an account is closed we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy; you can request an export or deletion by emailing adoneclickcrm@gmail.com.

8. Intellectual Property

AdOneClick and its software remain our property. You keep ownership of your data, including the leads and ad data you connect, and you give us only the right to process it to provide the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows the latest version, and we will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADONECLICK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PLATFORM USAGE OR THIRD-PARTY AD NETWORK OUTAGES.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
